Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund after verification.
Return Process

- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will reflect as per your bank/payment provider timelines.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
