Fortune – 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Fortune, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our cleaning products, and we want you to shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • In the same condition as received.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund after verification.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at care@fortunedishwashing.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will reflect as per your bank/payment provider timelines.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
